First download PowerShell script from here.
Then open powershell terminal on your win10 and run this command:
Set-ExecutionPolicy -ExecutionPolicy RemoteSigned -Scope CurrentUser
Because you need permissions for running that script.Now you are ready to run script and add drivers into vmware sphere image.
Here command example:
./ESXi-Customizer-PS.ps1 -v67 -pkgDir d:\tmp\pkg2
And inside that pkg2 folder add your drivers.
